If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register via our contact or appointment request forms, or newsletter opt-in forms, we also store the personal information they provide in third-party databases and software indefinitely. Users may request to alter or remove their information at any time via opting out on sent emails or by emailing email@example.com.
What rights you have over your data
